OOO “Ferro-stroy”, serving as an Engineering Center EVRAZ and is one of the leaders in the design and construction of buildings for business (segment B2B) based on the metal frame (multi-level parking, sports buildings and facilities, logistics centers, offices and non-residential buildings), invites you to a permanent job Manager (engineer) on sales of design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Promotion of Ferro-Stroy project solutions on the metal frame to customers (design organizations, customers-investors and contractors): cold search and work with existing customer base;
  • conducting personal negotiations with the customers’ management decision makers (heads of design and construction organizations, heads of design departments, with design engineers, project managers and chief engineers), coordinating all negotiations and necessary actions between Ferro-Stroy, the design organization and the customer to achieve results;
  • Concluding contracts with clients (agency agreement, variant design agreement, design work agreement, general contracting agreement);
  • coordination of work of clients with Ferro-Stroy Design Department – from sales to implementation of design solutions;
  • participation in scientific and technical councils of clients on the development of solutions based on the metal frame, the transfer of feedback from third-party design organizations (recommendations or critical comments) to Ferro-Stroy and cooperation in overcoming comments from clients;
  • sale of services for the design of the КР/ КМ sections to third-party design organizations
  • execution of internal work regulations, work in CRM.

Requirements:

  • experience as a sales manager of design solutions based on metal frame is mandatory, work as a design engineer – as an advantage;
  • Higher engineering education (preferably ASE or Architecture), second higher education in economics – as an advantage, advanced training in sales (seminars, courses) – as an advantage;
  • be able to read design documentation, know the whole design cycle, including the passage and protection of the project in the examinations;
  • have profound knowledge of the “design business” in terms of design on the metal frame;
  • Personal qualities: communication skills, responsibility, good speech, organization, honesty, ability to find common language with every client;
  • desire and ability to learn and self-development, the desire to earn;
  • self-confidence, positive attitude and the ability to work in a team;
  • the ability to travel on business trips in the Russian Federation.
