LLC “Ferro-stroy” acting as EVRAZ Engineering Center and being one of the leaders in design and construction of buildings for business (B2B segment) based on metal frame (multilevel parking lots, sports buildings and facilities, logistics complexes, offices and non-residential buildings), invites you to a permanent job as a Chief Design Engineer of KM / KMD
Responsibilities:
- Calculations of load-bearing structures (LIRA CAD, SCAD) of civil and industrial buildings. Preparing reports of calculations.
- Development of structural solutions of KM / KMD sections.
- KM linkage of KM with the working documentation for production and installation (KMD).
- Control of calculations, design and working documentation performed by subcontractors.
- Analysis of third-party structural solutions of KMD section in terms of efficiency and possibility of optimization
- Operational evaluation of the metal intensity of the facility in order to draw up a CP for the supply of steel structures.
- Construction supervision (designer’s supervision).
- Protection of design solutions in the expert appraisal.
- Management, coordination and evaluation of the results of the KM design team of up to 5 people.
Requirements:
- Higher construction education – PGS specialty.
- Experience as a chief design engineer in KM direction for 5 years in the design organization is welcomed.
- Knowledge of current building norms and rules in design and construction of steel structures.
- Skills in performing manual and automated calculations of steel structures and junctions
- Able to multi-task, quickly evaluate design solutions and suggest ideas for optimization, be familiar with pricing on the metalwork market for the purpose of making cost effective solutions
PC knowledge and skills:
To perform the graphic part of projects on KM sections -Tekla Structures, AutoCAD
For performing calculations – Lira CAD, including seismic and wind effects taking into account pulsations. Skill in SCAD, Robot Structural Analysis, Dlubal products are welcome.
Conditions:
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Salary from 130 000 rubles on hand + bonuses.
