Head of Project Sales Department

LLC “Ferro-stroy” – one of the leading companies in Russia on the design and construction of buildings based on metal frame (segment of B2B, multi-level parking, sports buildings and facilities, logistics centers, offices, shopping malls and non-residential buildings), on a permanent job requires a head of project sales


  • organization of the department’s work to interact with design organizations, customers, contractors to promote Ferro-Stroy’s metal-frame design solutions and their use in real design and construction;
  • Coordination of the department and potential clients with Ferro-Stroy’s design department both at the contracting stage and during the implementation of design solutions;
  • preparation and signing of contracts (agency contract, variant design contract, contract for design works (AR/CR/KM), contract for supply of the building set;
  • participation in scientific and technical councils for the development of solutions based on the metal frame, transfer of feedback from third-party design organizations, recommendations or critical comments to Ferro-Stroy;
  • interaction with the design department and the department of analytics to form a library of design solutions and assemblies;
  • Direct personal negotiations with management decision makers, heads of design and construction organizations, heads of design departments, design engineers, project managers and chief engineers, linking all negotiations and necessary actions between Ferro-Stroy, the design organization and the customer to achieve results


  • Higher engineering education (preferably architecture and construction or civil engineering), a second higher economic degree as an advantage;
  • ability to read design documentation, knowledge of the whole cycle of design, including the passage and protection of the project in the examination;
  • in-depth knowledge of the “design business” and design;
  • have profound knowledge of the “design business” in terms of design on the metal frame;
  • experience as a design engineer, sales manager of design solutions, SMI – is mandatory;
  • sociability, responsibility, fluency, organization, honesty, ability to find common language with every client;
  • The desire and ability to learn and self-development, the desire to earn;
  • self-confidence, positive attitude and the ability to work in a team;
  • the ability to travel on business trips in the Russian Federation.
